TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms of use contained herein.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex, Solo and Delta, Paypal and Checkout By Amazon. We reserve the right to credit and cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete. It is our policy to report all instances of Credit Card Fraud. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

20% VAT is INCLUDED in all prices

POSTAGE

Orders in the UK are sent FREE POST. In special circumstances where extra carrier charges apply, you will be notified in advance. Orders to other countries outside the UK will carry an additional carriage charge. Please enquire before placing the order what the charge will be as it will differ per item(s).

Upon placing an order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to customer order information will be made at the discretion of TT Enterprises (Shopping Till).

All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason your credit card will be refunded the full amount. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

After we have received your order we will send you an email confirming your order and providing you with details of expected delivery time and an order number. If you don't receive your order confirmation with 24 hours then please contact us: sales@shoppingtill.co.uk

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver goods within 5 days of your order but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. All deliveries shall be made within 30 days.

CANCELLATION

You have the right to terminate your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. In the event of termination you shall return any goods that we have despatched to you at your own cost and we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us.

GOVERNING LAW

The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint contact us at info@shoppingtill.co.uk

None of your details, which we take for order processing, are passed on to any third party and the personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.
